Buckwheat Pete's Honey 'N Rice Pitas
Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese
Tomato Sauce
Dill seed
Green & Red Pepper (diced)
Dried parsley flakes
Method Use one medium size pita per serving. (Precooked.)
Grate Mozzarella cheese and dice the Green & Red Peppers.
Brush Pita with Olive Oil and spread Tomato Sauce evenly.
Top with Red & Green Peppers. Sprinkle with Mozzarella & Parmesan Cheese, dried Parsley and Dill Seed.
Cook in a preheated 425 F oven for 5-7 mins. or until the cheese has melted and the peppers are cooked. (Place rack for pizza in the top third of the oven to keep the crust from burning on the bottom!)
